This morning the first Argon Women’s Leadership Circle brought together a group of leading women in business transformation for an open and thoughtful discussion on resilience as a leader and how to create the conditions for high performing teams.
A massive thanks to our facilitators Helena Rodrigue and Myra Clarke, who set the scene with their report (linked below) and explored with the room what resilience means in practice – not simply as personal endurance, but as a leadership capability that helps teams navigate pressure, uncertainty and change.
Discussions centred on the importance of self-awareness, trust, psychological safety, clear communication and creating working environments where people feel empowered to perform at their best.
A key outcome from the session was the value of shared experience. The roundtable created space for honest conversation, practical insight and peer connection, reinforcing the purpose of the Argon Women’s Leadership Circle: to bring senior women together to learn from one another, support one another and continue shaping the conversation around leadership and transformation.
Thank you to everyone that attended.
