Following the success of our recent women’s breakfast roundtable, Argon International is proud to introduce The Argon Women’s Leadership Circle – a forum that connects senior women shaping the future of business transformation and organisational change.
WLC has been created to provide a thoughtful, open and high-value space for women operating at senior levels across Argon’s specialist areas, including finance transformation, GBS, technology, procurement, HR, supply chain, data, operating model and wider enterprise change.
As transformation becomes more complex, connected and human-led, the importance of strong female leadership has never been greater. Senior women are shaping how businesses respond to uncertainty, build resilience, unlock performance and bring people with them through change.
Argon’s Women’s Leadership Circle will create an opportunity for these leaders to share experience, challenge thinking, build meaningful relationships and explore the issues that matter most in today’s transformation landscape.
The Circle will run through a programme of bi-monthly events, offering a mix of roundtable breakfasts, social networking events and panel Q&As. Each session will be designed to encourage open discussion, practical insight and valuable connection, while giving members different ways to engage – from intimate peer-to-peer conversations to broader leadership panels and informal networking.
