Ben has 20 years experience in the Interim Management industry where he has solely focussed on supporting organisations to deliver their strategic change agendas.
Prior to founding Argon, Ben was a Board Director of a leading Interim Management firm where he was part of the team that radically transformed the business and successfully took the company into private ownership through an MBO.
Ben has worked with many FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 organisations across a number of different industries and geographies delivering executive interim placement and consulting team solutions.
Carlie Qirem
Chief Operations Officer
Carlie joined the Argon team in April 2021 as Chief Operations Officer to take responsibility for our front and back office operations functions, with a mission to deliver outstanding customer service.
She brings 15+ years’ experience of working in the recruiting and professional services industry, most recently building and leading operations functions in the consulting and transformation market.
Mat Bhagrath
Chief Finance Officer
Mat is an accountant having qualified with Ernst & Young and subsequently operating as a Corporate Finance partner with Grant Thornton.
He has provided M&A advice to numerous corporates across a variety of sectors. Having helped many recruitment companies successfully execute transactions and gaining significant insight into the sector having done so, he has joined Argon as CFO to help support the business with its growth plans and aspirations.
Outside of work Mat enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and is an avid Spurs fan.
Daniel Rona
Partner – Finance Transformation, BPO & Shared Services
Daniel is a proven Transformation and GBS Leader with more than 25 years of experience across sectors. Daniel’s role at Argon International is to work with clients on developing their transformation programmes and assisting them to find the right combination of people skills for their unique requirements. Daniel is able to provide quality assurance and consulting services through the use of Argon’s extensive network of trusted Associates.
During his career, Daniel has worked on some of the largest and most complex programmes in the UK and internationally. He possesses a unique blend of operational delivery, programme management and consulting experience. Over recent years Daniel has held senior roles at companies such as Mars, Accenture and KPMG.
Recently, Daniel has worked in an interim capacity and taken on large scale change at Tesco, Tate & Lyle and HSBC. Prior to this, Daniel was a Managing Director at Accenture, leading the Finance Transformation and Global Business Services practice. Daniel has also led large scale service operations at Mars, Marks and Spencer and was CEO of NHS Shared Business Services a public /private partnership with over 100 Health Sector clients.
Peter Clarke
Partner – Global Business Services
Peter has over 14 years of experience supporting organisations going through large scale transformation and is a specialist across Global Business Services programmes. He works in partnership with organisations to help define their strategy and support them through implementation of the technology, process and people based solutions.
Before joining Argon Peter led the Business Transformation division at multiple leading recruitment firms where he played a key role in driving the growth of their GBS offerings across EMEA.
Peter has worked with multiple fortune 500 clients with a focus in Consumer markets across FMCG, Retail and Pharmaceutical sectors in particular.
Alastair Lechler
Partner – Sustainability Transformation and Change Management
Alastair has over 15 years’ experience working across the recruitment sector including search and selection, interim management, and marketing and employer branding.
Having operated from and led projects from both provider-side and in-house and across large multinational corporates to startup/scaleup businesses, Alastair specialises in helping leaders create high-performance cultures and teams and works closely with a tight-knit community of seasoned transformation, technology, and digital change practitioners.
Jordan Mori

Over the past 10 years, Jordan has supported large scale transformation and people change for some of the largest global organisations.
With expertise across interim management, consulting and search & selection, he is passionate about helping clients succeed and make a lasting impact through their people and project teams.
Alongside helping organisations deliver large change and transformation, he has a key interest in helping HR and People leaders in their Inclusion & Diversity strategies.
Jordan has a track-record across Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Financial Services sectors, supporting transformation in HR, IT and Finance.

Edward Carlton

Ed has over 12 years of experience delivering interim and permanent change professionals to Blue-Chip clients undergoing large-scale transformation.
Ed’s experience spans Retail, Financial Services, Payments, and FinTech. Before joining Argon, Ed ran a market-leading Financial Services change function that partnered with a variety of clients through complex change programmes, including Integrations, Separations, Digital Transformations, and People/Culture Change programmes.
Ed now manages our resourcing capability, ensuring Argon International continues to deliver market specialists on demand for our growing client base.

Ben’s experience spans the public sector, financial services, life sciences, and management consulting. Before joining Argon, Ben ran a boutique change and transformation recruitment business, focussed on the NHS and wider public sector, providing both interim and permanent change professionals into large-scale change programmes, including whole-system change programmes and digital transformations.
Ben focusses on resourcing GBS roles across Argon International’s growing client base.
Amber Lyon-Lee
Consultant
Amber joined Argon at the beginning of 2021 to provide delivery support on key client accounts across the UK and Europe.
She brings three years’ experience in the business transformation market, gained with a large listed global firm as well as a smaller boutique, and she has worked with clients across a range of industries and geographies. Her network and expertise are strongest across FMCG and Life Sciences, where she has provided talent solutions for a number of FTSE 50 firms.
Carolyn Markham
Marketing Consultant
Carolyn has over 25 years’ experience in marketing, predominantly in the B2B sector. She has worked at a senior level, developing and delivering strategic marketing plans and projects, covering all channels, to increase brand awareness, sales and growth for large international corporations within Financial Services such as HSBC, Fidelity Investments and Lloyds Banking Group.
For the last 12 years, Carolyn has been working as a freelance Marketing Consultant, helping businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to SMEs, grow through multichannel short and long-term innovative and creative marketing plans, using her skills as a designer and copywriter.
Carolyn is the Marketing Manager at Argon on a part-time basis, developing the full strategy and managing all marketing activity across the company.
