Judi Havelock

Consulting Partner – ESG Transformation

Judi’s focus is to help organisations to develop and deliver sustainable business strategies and goals, by translating ambition into firm objectives and robust, relevant ‘Strategy into Action’ roadmaps and plans. In this remit, she leverages her deep experience in developing and leading multi-stream transformation projects and programmes at Unilever, Heineken and Ernst & Young’s management consultancy division with her expertise and passion for sustainable business.

As a Sustainability and Business Transformation consultant, she has activated her strong desire to help businesses address the environmental aspects of sustainable operations by creating the ‘Zeroby30’ net zero carbon advisory service in partnership with certification body, The Planet Mark. The objective of ‘Zeroby30’ is to accelerate organisations from setting ambitious net zero carbon goals to taking action to achieve them, by fast-tracking the creation of commercially and technically robust solutions and action plans. In parallel, she has supported the Eden Project in refreshing their 5-year corporate Sustainability Strategy and related KPIs and in the scoping of a bold new initiative to create a regenerative leadership Academy.

Judi holds a BA (First Class) in Maths from Oxford University and holds accreditations in Business Sustainability management from the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership (CISL), the UN SDG Academy’s course Climate Action: Solutions for a Changing Planet, and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation course ‘From Linear to Circular’. She is an active member of, and Board observer for, the ‘Green Angel Syndicate’, the UK’s only angel investment syndicate focused purely on addressing climate change.
