Hugo has amassed 25 years of experience within the executive search and broader recruitment sectors, primarily focusing on senior finance, strategy and transformation hires.

Having worked across a wealth of different business sectors, ownership structures and geographies he is uniquely positioned to partner with clients embarking on, or evolving, their internal Business Transformation agendas. 

Hugo joined Argon from the Financial Officers Practice of a leading independent executive search firm, where he spearheaded the account management for a number of large corporates undertaking significant changes to their target operating models.

In his spare time, Hugo is a dedicated family man, Arsenal supporter, reader of fiction and occasional DIY enthusiast.
